Alex Hoy

Alex Hoy focuses his practice on first-party property disputes, from pre-suit coverage analysis and fraud investigation through every step of homeowner’s insurance litigation.  He uses thorough analysis at the outset of every assignment to minimize exposure as efficiently as possible.  Alex has won summary judgment and dismissal based on policy conditions and statutory compliance issues.  Alex has over a decade of experience at South Florida insurance defense law firms, working to defend several of the largest statewide and national insurance carriers.  Alex is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Appellate Mediator, and Qualified Arbitrator.  He is fluent in Spanish.
