Natalie M. Eusebe

Natalie M. Eusebe joined the First Party Property division of Green, Matzner & Kellner as an Associate Attorney in 2024.  Mrs. Eusebe has worked extensively on First Party Property matters and has displayed a proven ability to identify and effectively challenge unsupported claims for coverage.

Mrs. Eusebe has successfully negotiated on behalf of the largest insurance carriers throughout the State of Florida illustrating her ability to navigate complex coverage issues.

Prior to focusing her practice on First Party Property defense, Mrs. Eusebe dedicated her practice to mortgage foreclosure matters effectively protecting the interests of homeowners throughout the state of Florida.

Mrs. Eusebe obtained her Law Degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law where she graduated with Honors.  As an undergraduate student at Florida International University, Mrs. Eusebe developed her business acumen by pursuing and securing a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance.

With over a decade of experience practicing law and a versatile background in Finance Mrs. Eusebe has acquired a skill set which enables her to perform comprehensive claim assessments to include considerations involving business and financial implications. As a matter of practice, Mrs. Eusebe pursues the most cost-effective means for claim resolution on the client’s behalf.
